At Journey, we care deeply about making disciples who make disciples.
It’s hard to measure discipleship! But, we believe these “5 marks” are a good starting point for anyone who wants to grow.
5 Marks of a Disciple-Making Disciple:
CONNECT: Displays the fruit of the Spirit and responsiveness to the Spirit’s leading.
BE: Engages daily in spiritual practices that lead to transformation (including accountable community, prayer, Scripture, and other spiritual disciplines).
LOVE: Demonstrates sacrificial love and grace, and pursues relational health.
SERVE: Exercises his or her gifts and calling to serve inside and outside church walls.
MULTIPLY: Invests relationally and intentionally to reproduce disciples and leaders for Jesus’ mission.
